Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic Circle K and Krispy Krunchy Chicken team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products through engaging demonstrations. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to cross-train in multiple job functions as well as work in take-away food service.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs.
- Direct customers to current sales, promotions and loyalty offerings.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by replenishing merchandise as needed and overseeing inventory levels.
- Working well with a team setting and supporting co-workers at the direction of the store manager.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, convenience store or food-prepareation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards selling and achieving sales goals is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining stock levels and store presentation.
- Background check is required.
