Responsibilities of the Client Sales Associate:
- Serve as a knowledgeable Client Sales Associate, helping customers explore AT&T wireless services.
- Explain mobile and data plans, device options, pricing, and promotions in a clear and professional manner.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist with account setup, plan selection, and service activation for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team sales goals by driving AT&T enrollments as a dedicated Client Sales Associate.
Qualifications for the Client Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required, making this a true entry-level opportunity.
- Ability to explain program details clearly and patiently.
