Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and performing various labor tasks to ensure efficient production processes. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products as needed.
- Follow established procedures for quality control and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor or operator role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively (training may be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
