We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help us share this vision with the world by generating new business opportunities.
Job Description:
As an SDR, your mission is to be the engine of our sales pipeline and an effective first point of contact for future GUIDEcx customers. Your responsibilities will include mastering the GUIDEcx story, engaging prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, and booking qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives. Don't worry, we'll provide training to ensure you're prepared to excel in this role. Working hand-in-hand with Marketing and RevOps, you will execute a strategic mix of cold and warm outreach, including:
- Running coordinated ABM plays—aligning your outreach with targeted ads, website personalization, and gifting to key accounts
- Jumping on intent signals, product usage, and content downloads within minutes
- Working our database to revive old opportunities
- Holding a high bar for personalized outreach with AI-driven research, keeping every touch tight, relevant, and human
- Logging clean, actionable notes in Salesforce and keep HubSpot workflows humming
- Test new channels and share learnings that level up the whole team
Compensation and Benefits:
This role features a base salary of $50,000 per year with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. You will earn generous commissions for every qualified appointment that is held, with additional compensation for every account that closes from the meetings you set.
