Summary
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing resident satisfaction and ensuring smooth community operations. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will leverage your core skills in customer service, property management, and vendor management. Additionally, your relevant skills in negotiation and conflict management will support effective resident relations, making you a vital asset in our commitment to exceptional community living.
Qualifications
- Provide vision and direction for both short-term and long-term strategic plans, including developing recommendations for achieving goals set by the Board.
- Evaluate the organizational structure, job descriptions, and functions, offering thoughtful recommendations for any potential adjustments to the Board.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all governing documents relevant to the community and provide insightful recommendations for any necessary revisions.
- Foster a seamless connection between the Board of Directors and its committees to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Offer community leadership to ensure that the interests and needs of homeowners are properly addressed.
- Continuously evaluate community needs and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery methods and create new programs. Implement necessary programs or improvements.
- Attend and engage in professional meetings to remain informed about new trends and innovations in community management and programming.
- Maintain a consistent presence throughout common areas and facilities to address community concerns.
- Have a clear understanding of all corporate agreements for effective implementation.
- Ensure compliance with the master calendar, maintenance calendar, association budgets, and subsidy programs.
- Regularly review corporation policies to ensure adherence to civil codes and other governing requirements.
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality in all responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in conflict management and negotiation.
- Support overall property management operations and maintain office organization.
