Position Overview: Set up, clean, repair and maintain equipment in department.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Essential Job Functions:

Set up, clean, repair, wax, and maintain any and all types of equipment in the Rental Shop.

Actively participate in Rental & Repair Shop training.

Ensure all annual binding manufacturer indemnification is complete and on file in season.
-
Market and sell Resort merchandise and services in the Rental & Repair Shop.

Instruct guests on equipment operation and fit, adjust, and repair rental equipment.

Ensure safety protocols are in place and followed by staff.
-
Perform the job and get along with others.

Work together with all departments to build a positive working environment.

Maintain cleanliness/care of department facilities, resort property, and equipment.

Thorough knowledge of Resort product offerings and run locations.

Exercise judgment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Lifting to waist level of 50 lbs. often, above shoulder lifting and / or carrying of up to 20 lbs. frequently, lifting of items weighing 40 lbs. or more continuously.

Exposure to possible hazards associated with machinery and tools.

Sight and hearing of acceptable standards for Essential Job Functions.

Education / Experience:
-
Must be 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or GED.
-
Successful completion and passing all binding technician exams well in advance of start of Winter operations.

Basic computer, internet, customer service, phone, and communication skills.
