ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Homecare Sales Liaison
- Establish referral partnerships with health care professionals in the Roseville area
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and with closing / asking for business
- Skilled in working on the road and maintaining contact with the home office
- Exhibit outstanding organizational and planning skills, including planning routes to effectively cover the territory
- Complete at least 25 contacts a day, including 5 face to face meetings with decision makers
- Input inquiries, contacts, and sales activities in our CRM system
- Support marketing and sales events and activities, including events and shows
- Conduct in home visits for evaluation and completion of service agreements
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS
Representative qualifications to perform this job successfully include:
- Impeccable telephone communication skills and follow up skills
- Energetic, independent and self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare services
- Available to work at a minimum 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, some Saturdays
- Advanced at utilizing technology for communication (cell phone, laptop) and documentation purposes (Excel, CRM, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare-related sales or marketing, preferably in home care, home health, hospice, or senior services
- 3-5 years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services/product sales
- Requires valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and car insurance
- Must be able to pass DOJ/FBI fingerprinting background check
