McDonald’s General Manager / Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Managing the operations and restaurant staff
- Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment.
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
