Westshore Financial Group partners with independent insurance brokers to provide industry-leading Life and Disability Insurance solutions through Guardian Life.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with new insurance brokers
- Prospect through calls, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Schedule and conduct meetings with brokers
- Identify opportunities to grow broker production
- Manage activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Deliver educational presentations and product training
- Achieve activity and production goals while collaborating with internal specialists
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in sales, recruiting, business development, customer service, or relationship management is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new business relationships
Compensation & Benefits
Year One Compensation: $45,000-$52,000
