Job Summary
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a contract opportunity with an innovative leader in the financial services industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliates Manager to lead and expand affiliate marketing partnerships with a primary focus on Home Loans and In-School Borrow products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow affiliate marketing partnerships across multiple performance marketing channels.
- Develop, recruit, negotiate, onboard, and cultivate new affiliate relationships that support business growth.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and overall return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance through reporting, forecasting, and analytics to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize data to optimize placements, creative assets, partner performance, and campaign strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners while developing engagement and communication plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business teams to execute affiliate initiatives.
- Present campaign performance, strategic insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure affiliate marketing activities remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist in developing long-term affiliate marketing strategies, operational processes, and scalable growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional marketing or performance marketing experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing strategies.
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic affiliate partnerships.
- Experience optimizing affiliate programs through data analysis and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with affiliate marketing and reporting platforms such as Impact, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong forecasting, reporting, and campaign performance analysis skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of marketing compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Experience managing large-scale performance-based affiliate marketing programs.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.
