Customer Support Specialist (Sales Support / Loan Processing)
Advantage+ Financing | Brookfield, WI | Full-time, on-site | Reports to: National Director of Sales and Marketing
$45,000 to $50,000 base salary plus monthly bonus.
First-year on-target earnings: $49,800 to $54,800.

About the Role
The Customer Support Specialist is the operational backbone of our sales process. You partner with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, vendors, customers, underwriting, and funding to move transactions efficiently from application through funding. Success means creating confidence, removing obstacles, maintaining momentum, and making sure every customer and vendor feels informed at every stage.
This is a sales support and loan processing role, not a sales role. You will not carry a quota, and you will not cold call. You will be the person who makes the deals actually happen. When you are great at this job, the whole sales team gets faster.

KRA #2: Move Transactions Efficiently from Application to Funding
- Collect, verify, and process all required loan documentation
- Coordinate with underwriting and prepare complete funding packages
- Maintain organized electronic files and manage funding deadlines
- Follow established Advantage+ workflows, because they work

KRA #3: Support Sales Productivity
- Own the administrative side of active transactions so Account Managers and BDMs stay focused on new business
- Prepare documentation for approvals and coordinate with vendors throughout the deal
- Keep HubSpot (CRM) and Vision (loan management system) accurate
- Anticipate next steps and act before being asked

KRA #4: Maintain Accurate CRM and Loan System Records
- Keep customer information, communications, and documentation current in HubSpot and Vision through accurate data entry
- Verify funding information and ensure every file is complete

KRA #5: Drive Operational Excellence
- Follow established workflows and identify opportunities to improve them
- Support cross-functional collaboration and special projects
- Maintain compliance requirements and protect confidential customer information

How Performance Is Measured
Performance is evaluated on a combination of quantitative and qualitative measures: customer and vendor satisfaction, funding turnaround times, documentation and CRM accuracy, responsiveness, process compliance, and contribution toward company sales goals. Your manager reviews these with you regularly, so you always know where you stand.
What You Bring (Required)

No. This is an on-site role at our Brookfield, WI office. This job is the connective tissue between sales, underwriting, and funding, and that coordination happens fastest in person.
Do I need financing or lending experience?
No. If you are organized, communicate well, and take ownership, we will teach you equipment financing. People from banking, title, insurance, logistics, and high-volume office administration have the transferable skills that work here.
What equipment and tools do I get?
Everything is provided: workstation, dual monitors, headset, phone system, and full access to CRM, and our document management tools. You will never buy your own equipment to do this job.
