Our client, a pharmaceutical brand support team, is hiring a Medical Writer. This contract role is 100% remote and supports HCP-facing promotional work with a strong focus on scientific accuracy and compliant reference documentation.

Medical Writer Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain annotations for HCP-facing promotional materials.
- Confirm that claims are supported by approved references and source documentation.
- Fact-check clinical data, statistics, and scientific claims against supporting literature.
- Perform detailed quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support website and campaign updates through MLR review cycles.
Medical Writer Qualifications:
- Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, or MD).
- 3+ years of medical writing experience in a pharmaceutical agency or healthcare communications setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in annotation and reference management.
- Experience supporting HCP-facing promotional materials.
- Working knowledge of MLR review processes and FDA promotional guidelines.
