Superintendent – Data Center Construction
Location: United States | Nationwide Travel Highly Preferred
- Leading national General Contractor seeking Superintendents to deliver large-scale data center projects throughout the United States.
- Opportunities are available for developing field leaders and seasoned Superintendents with relevant technical construction experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ 5+ years of successful field leadership experience in data centers, complex industrial, cold storage, manufacturing or distribution construction
- Experience supporting or leading large, ground-up projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination
- Understanding of complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience coordinating inspections, commissioning and phased turnover
- Direct mission-critical experience preferred; strong technical construction backgrounds will also be considered
- Open to nationwide travel assignments

Core Build: Ground-up data centers, including sitework, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, cooling systems, controls, commissioning and phased turnover.
