We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our restaurant team!
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations, driving sales and profitability, developing and leading teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service
- Drive sales growth and maximize restaurant profitability
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and managers
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- 4–6 years of General Manager or multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
