Element Tree Essentials is opening a new location in Hendersonville and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support the store by overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Duties
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and merchandising strategies.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Preform storage runs to transport additional product to store.
- Monitor sales trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Assist with our Craft Your Own Experience: Guiding customers through crafting their own lotion candle, roll-on perfume, car prism diffuser.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail operations.
- Ability to lead by example, motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
