Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The NP will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, supporting VA disability evaluations, and delivering high-quality clinical documentation and care coordination.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in EMR systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a structured evaluation-based environment and collaborating with VA providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Ability to perform accurate and detail-oriented patient evaluations.
