Help Wanted: Home Show Event Marketing Manager
Join our team as a Event Marketing Manager, overseeing Events and Shows across the region!
As an Event Manager with Midtown Home Improvements, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing a team of event marketers who represent our company at trade shows, home shows, community events, and other promotional venues. Your team will engage with homeowners, generate interest in our services, and create new business opportunities by scheduling appointments and building relationships with potential customers.
This role combines team leadership, event coordination, recruiting, training, and performance management. Successful candidates are energetic leaders who enjoy motivating teams, interacting with people, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Details:
- Salary: $40,000 base + bonuses ($75,000-$ 100,000 expected)
- Schedule: Full time, must be available weekends
- Duties: Manage event logistics, lead teams, and represent our brand

- Weekend availability and willingness to travel
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
