We are a private group dental practice seeking a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment, feel confident in their care, and move forward with recommended services.

What You’ll Do
Patient Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans
- Clearly explain procedures, timelines, and financial options
- Support and reassure patients throughout their treatment process
Treatment Planning & Scheduling
- Present personalized treatment plans based on provider recommendations
- Schedule procedures efficiently while balancing patient needs and office flow
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Financial Counseling & Insurance
- Explain treatment costs and available financing options
- Review insurance benefits and estimate out-of-pocket expenses
- Assist with payment arrangements and financing plans
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with front desk duties (phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out)
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Support reporting, deposits, and tracking office goals
Team Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team
- Participate in team meetings and daily huddles
- Assist with reactivation efforts and insurance follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Prior sales experience
- Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental or similar)
- Knowledge of PPO insurance and financing options
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
