Job Summary
Hours: 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Baker in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the bread production, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for baking, and the food industry to gain hands-on experience and contribute to creating high-quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for bread production for the day.
- Support food production processes by preparing ingredients and maintaining station cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times
- Maintain organized workstations and ensure all equipment is sanitized and properly stored
Requirements
- Previous experience in baking is highly preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen sanitation standards
- Experience with food preparation in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Food industry or culinary experience that demonstrates a passion for quality food production is desirable
This position has Sunday and Tuesday mornings off. Hours are from 2:00am - 10:00 am. This position provides an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about baking to develop their skills while contributing to a team dedicated to excellence in food service.
