Mass spectrometry experience to include experience with maintenance of hybrid Orbitrap mass spectrometers, methods for differential proteomics, analysis of posttranslational modifications, targeted and untargeted proteomic and metabolite analysis, data interpretation.

Experience and strong competence with mass spectrometry and downstream data analysis with a proven ability to implement goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Working knowledge of Apple and PC computer systems, standard Microsoft and Adobe software, FragPipe, DIA-NN, Spectronaught, MaxQuant, Perseus.
Ideally capable of (at least) basic scientific programming in R and/or Python.
