- Powder Coater position. However, learning skills in our other departments by cross-training in the following areas blasting, loading, packaging, etc. will be a must.
- Our departments can be a very diverse here at Fairway as we apply a vast amount of different paint systems on a variety of fabricated steel materials. Fairway has 3 different paint shops, all using airless sprayers with different spray pumps and 1 powder coating shop.
- Additional duties may include but are not limited to unloading & loading of shipments, packaging, and assisting with painting & powder coating processes.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 60 pounds etc.)
- Experience with Sandblasting preferable
- Experience Painting a plus
- Knowledge of operating a skidster and/or forklift a plus
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules
