Architectural Positions – Job Captain / Project Manager / Licensed Architect

Our growing multidisciplinary Architecture & Engineering firm located in Livingston, New Jersey is seeking talented professionals to join our Architectural Department. We are currently hiring for multiple experience levels including Job Captain, Project Manager, and Licensed Architect positions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, completely in-house firm working on a diverse portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, retail, multifamily, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on experience level and position but may include:
- Preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents
- Coordination with internal engineering disciplines and external consultants
- Managing project schedules, deliverables, and project documentation
- Participation in design development and technical detailing
- Client communication and project coordination
- Construction administration and site visits
- Reviewing drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and quality control
- Assisting with project management and team leadership
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 5–15+ years of professional experience depending on role
- Architectural license preferred for senior-level positions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Experience preparing construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and construction processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $63,449.24 - $125,000.00 per year
