Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced ETL Informatica professional to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise along with the ability to guide teams and drive best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)
- Architect scalable data integration solutions across multiple source systems — databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Define and enforce ETL best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies
- Oversee data quality frameworks, validation processes, and error-handling mechanisms across pipelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior/mid-level developers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Drive cloud data integration and migration initiatives (Azure/AWS)
- Own production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ETL processes
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS
- Strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schema, SCDs), and performance tuning
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, enterprise ETL solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud data integration (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar)
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
