Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations and evaluations
- Diagnose and manage hormone replacement therapy (TRT & BHRT)
- Provide medical weight loss and longevity medicine services
- Perform aesthetic injectables including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide follow-up care and long-term patient management
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and aesthetic providers
- Educate patients on treatment options and wellness strategies
- Contribute to practice growth through outstanding patient care and retention
QualificationsRequired
- Current Florida Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
- National board certification in your profession
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a PA, NP, or APRN
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, hormone optimization, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to practice independently within Florida law
Preferred
- Experience with Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Letybo®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, and other injectable treatments
- Experience managing testosterone replacement therapy and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Experience with GLP-1 weight-loss therapies
- Experience with Sciton BBL HERO®, MOXI®, HALO®, or comparable laser platforms
- Existing patient following or referral network is highly desirable
