Neroli Salon & Spa is looking for an enthusiastic, people-first leader to become our next Salon General Manager, overseeing our Downtown and Eastside teams. In this role, you'll mentor, coach, and inspire our team to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience aligned with our mission and values while driving the profitability, operational efficiency, and growth of both locations. Schedule: 40 hours requires evening and weekend availability
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire and retain top talent through motivation, recognition, and ongoing coaching
- Conduct quarterly touchpoints with both technical and non-technical team members
- Monitor performance and assist with annual reviews
- Coordinate monthly meetings for the retail team
- Develop and implement a leadership succession plan to grow future leaders
- Empower the team with the tools and resources they need to excel
Business Operations & Profitability
- Oversee operations that impact profitability, identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and communicate revenue targets to the retail team and service providers
- Manage retail and service operations to ensure high productivity and service standards
- Oversee technical scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Oversee daily cash control, marketing, and inventory management
Guest Experience & Retention
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to drive high retention rates
- Ensure guest amenities consistently meet or exceed expectations
- Facilitate group events and special guest experiences
Programs & Growth
- Implement and oversee the Aveda Rewards and Neroli Loyalty programs
- Lead execution of Aveda product launches and seasonal plans
- Participate in planning and execution of broader organizational goals

Education, Experience & Credentials
- Minimum 3 years of practical salon/spa experience
- Previous retail management experience
- Familiarity with Aveda product lines and loyalty programs
- Certification in salon/spa management (preferred)
