Job Description for Physical Therapy Technician
Reports to: Clinic Director and Business Manager
Key Responsibilities
Physical Therapy Technicians have the following responsibilities.
- Greeting patients
- Assisting physical therapist with patients, this may involve supervising exercises or doing modalities as directed by PT/PTA.
- Helping the Admissions person communicate with patients, physicians, and any other people that contact the clinic by phone.
- Helping the Admissions person schedule patients.
- Preparing and cleaning of treatment rooms and other clinic areas.
- Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients.
- Maintaining a solid level of productivity.
- Working with the other members of clinic staff to ensure that OTR remains a great place to work.
- Any special duties, which the clinic director delegates.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
