This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Configure and support asset lifecycle processes encompassing procurement, deployment, inventory management, compliance, reclamation, and retirement.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, CMDB, Discovery, procurement systems, warehouse solutions, and asset management platforms.

Build automated workflows and solutions to improve asset governance, compliance monitoring, certification, and remediation processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, governance teams, security partners, and technology organizations to implement enterprise asset management controls.

Support software license optimization, compliance audits, publisher true-ups, and remediation efforts to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and improve asset utilization across the enterprise.

Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions that improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Lead technical design reviews, mentor team members, drive best practices, and contribute to platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Five to six years of relevant experience
Skills & Qualifications
-
ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
-
Deep experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
-
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.

Experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Configuration Management processes.

Expertise developing and supporting REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise system integrations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security models, ACLs, update sets, application development, and platform governance.

Knowledge of asset governance, compliance controls, auditing requirements, operational support, and risk management best practices.

Experience working within Agile Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, story estimation, testing, deployment, and delivery of solutions through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Demonstrated ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform configuration best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations and maintaining long-term platform supportability.

Proven track record of contributing within highly collaborative teams, proactively supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and driving successful delivery of team objectives.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
