About Greens and Dreams
Greens and Dreams is a boutique private chef service from Toronto specializing in personalized, health-forward meal preparation for busy individuals, families, and professionals. We work closely with clients to design weekly menus around their goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle — and we bring that experience directly into their homes.
We're expanding into Southwest Florida in the Fall of 2026 and we're looking for talented chefs to join our team as independent contractors serving Naples and the surrounding area.
The Role
As a Part Time Personal Chef, you'll work in clients' homes preparing customized weekly meals based on provided menus and recipes. You'll bring professional technique, attention to detail, and a warm, personable approach to every session.
This role is flexible and independent — ideal for a chef who wants meaningful client relationships outside of a traditional restaurant setting.
What You'll Do
- Prepare weekly meals in clients' homes following provided menus and dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout each session
- Manage portioning, storage, and food labeling
- Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to feedback
- Uphold Greens and Dreams' standards for quality and presentation
What We're Looking For
- Culinary training or equivalent professional experience (private chef background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dietary restrictions, nutrition, and clean cooking techniques
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in private homes
- Willing to complete a background check
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Own transportation — ability to travel to clients in Naples and surrounding areas (Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Fort Myers)
- Professional, warm, and client-focused
