Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in POS systems such as Toast, possess strong time management skills, and have a solid background in food and beverage service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area
- Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and prevent over-serving
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service
- Experience working in fine dining environments or food industry settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Background in hospitality, brewing, catering, or retail math is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Prior experience with food handling, cashiering, or food service roles is advantageous
