Duties

- Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards.
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Use strong communication skills to explain product details clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or merchandise, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route schedules, and customer interactions for organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; prior experience in commercial driving or route driving is a plus.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with merchandising and stock handling.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and organizational skills to manage product displays effectively.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
