Our corporate office is getting ready for a busy holiday season, and we are looking for a detail oriented and customer service-minded individual to fill the role of Seasonal Customer Service Rep. There is NO SELLING involved, and we are looking for both part-time and full-time. While this is not a call center environment, those with call center experience are encouraged to apply. This person will work on-site at our corporate office located in The Hill area of St. Louis.
Must have strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens. Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ call center experience.
Flexible schedule required. Our office is open 8:00-4:30pm, but your schedule is subject to change. As we get closer to the holidays, must be available to work Saturday on a rotating basis. Your work schedule will be provided every two weeks. At the end of the holiday season there is a possibility of staying on with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Gather pertinent information and make decisions that are consistent with company guidelines
- Maintain contact information database for all customers (NetSuite & Shopify experience a Plus)
- Write professional emails to customers in response to various concerns
- Be outgoing and friendly with the ability to think outside the box
- Handle customer service escalation calls/emails
- Be detail oriented
- Be a team player
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
