A well-established and growing company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support high-quality marketing collateral, digital content, and cross-functional marketing projects. Key Responsibilities
- Design, update, and maintain marketing collateral, brochures, product literature, technical data sheets, installation guides, presentations, and sales materials.
- Ensure all marketing and customer-facing materials are accurate, visually polished, brand-consistent, and ready for internal or external use.
- Update website content and assist with basic website or CMS maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to develop and refine marketing materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, email campaigns, and marketing asset coordination.
- Coordinate trade show materials, proofread content, and maintain organized digital files, templates, and creative assets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $58,000 to $62,000/year depending on experience
