Summary
We are seeking a Service scheduler to join our dynamic team at Benna Auto Center, LLC. This is not a remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Manage all service schedules for both Ford and Chrysler to optimize workflow through phone calls and online scheduling software.
· Utilize Ford’s Vehicle Care Portal (VCP) to locate open recalls and call customers to schedule appointments or assist Remote Experience Coordinator with scheduling small maintenance work for Mobile service repairs or Pickup and Delivery services.
· Conduct check ins with service advisors and parts to ensure the correct parts are here for scheduled service repairs.
· Perform follow-up calls for recommended maintenance.
· Contact next day appointments and coordinate with porters to ensure repair shop is stocked with next day service work.
· Conduct follow-up calls for surveys.
· Assist in training and communicating with BDC personnel.
· Other duties to be assigned.
Requirements
· Proven experience in scheduling or a similar role, preferably, within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong analytical skills for demand planning and forecasting.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· Willingness to be on the phone most of the workday.
Recommended
· Familiarity with automotives.
· Understanding of DMS and CDK scheduling software.
Schedule
· 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (with a half hour lunch break)
