At Behavior Intervention Services (BIS), that's exactly what you'll do.
We're a locally owned, BCBA-led organization that believes in ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA. We provide behavior analytic services to adults with developmental disabilities, and we're looking for a BCBA who wants to make a lasting impact while working with a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA at BIS, you'll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and make meaningful clinical decisions—not just manage a caseload.
You'll:
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans for adults receiving services.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and direct support professionals.
- Collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of life.
- Provide staff training and ongoing coaching to ensure treatment integrity.
- Help shape clinical practices, training, and program development.

What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification (required).
- Two or more years of BCBA experience preferred.
- Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Leadership or supervision experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- A passion for ethical, person-centered ABA and helping adults achieve meaningful outcomes.
