Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.
Present product offerings and provide technical guidance to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction sales or a related field.
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, or equipment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.
Base salary: $63,000 plus commission based on profit and volume. Range of $100,000-$250,000 expected in commission annually.
Pay: $63,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
