Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the procurement process, including requesting quotations, comparing prices, placing orders, and tracking delivery schedules.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm the delivery status of materials and equipment and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Assist in maintaining procurement records, contracts, quotations, and related documentation.
- Support project teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to project schedules.
- Assist with procurement-related administrative tasks, including PO creation, invoice verification, and document filing.
- Help track material costs, procurement progress, and supplier performance.

Qualifications
- Experience or a background in supply chain, engineering materials, mechanical/electrical equipment, semiconductor facilities, or related fields is a plus, but no prior industry experience is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants with OPT authorization are not eligible at this time.
