Job description: Welder – Metal Manufacturing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start time (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $20–$23/hr to start, with potential to earn up to $24/hr+ based on skill and performance
We are seeking dependable and skilled Welders to join our team at a leading metal manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be welding test ready, understand production expectations, and be committed to quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG or Stick welding on metal parts and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and precision
- Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment
- Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Adapt to production demands and work overtime when required
Requirements:
- Must be welding test ready
- Previous experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
