Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles to transport passengers within designated routes and schedules
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance; report any issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a safe driving environment for passengers and other road users
- Manage luggage or cargo that requires heavy lifting with proper technique to prevent injury
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using clear verbal communication skills
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or paratransit services
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., Commercial Driver’s License if required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse passengers
- Experience with heavy lifting and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations applicable to commercial driving
- Ability to stay alert during long shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in school bus driving or heavy-duty vehicle operation is a plus
