Resolve construction-related disputes outside formal arbitration and litigation.

Apply New York construction case law and New York Lien Law to active projects and claims.

Support client education, business development, mentoring, and practice-group initiatives.
Candidate Profile

At least five years of significant construction-law experience in a law firm.

Substantial owner- and developer-side experience involving commercial and residential projects.

Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, communication, and academic credentials.

J.D. from an accredited law school; active and good-standing New York Bar membership.
Preferred Experience

Broader transactional real estate experience in development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, or financing.
