What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just a desk job — it’s the heartbeat of our field operations. As a Dispatcher, you’ll:

Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes

Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time

Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories

Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps
-
Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly
