Michigan Cognitive Recovery Center at Fenton Woods (MCRC), a Senior Living facility focused on the mission of reversing cognitive decline through innovative, proven protocols. Opening in the Spring/Summer of 2026, we are seeking a motivated Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Director will market the MCRC community through online, social media and standard media, by assisting with implementing the marketing plan and building positive relationships with referral sources and qualified prospects.
- Educating the public on the residence’s philosophy and services and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- As well as building positive relationships with various media sources (website and social media platforms).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Successful experience in sales and marketing
- Computer experience and ability to use or learn sales programs
- Experience maintaining website and social media platforms
- Desire to work with families of Alzheimer's patients and aiding the launch of a groundbreaking approach to elder care and Alzheimer's.
Travel:
- Frequent local travel and occasional overnight travel required
Pay:
- Salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 DOE
- Up to $30,000/year Incentive package, for meeting agreed upon goals
