We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others heal and recharge through therapeutic touch, values a calming and supportive environment, and is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care for every guest.

What You’ll Do
- Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each guest’s individual needs and wellness goals
- Perform a variety of therapeutic techniques including relaxation, deep tissue, and targeted therapeutic massage
- Conduct guest consultations and assessments to create personalized treatment experiences
- Educate guests on self-care practices, stress management, stretching, and wellness routines to support long-term well-being
- Create a peaceful, safe, and nurturing environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest records in compliance with professional standards
- Uphold exceptional sanitation, cleanliness, and safety protocols throughout all treatment spaces
- Collaborate with the Sage team to cultivate a warm, grounding, and restorative spa atmosphere
- Continue expanding knowledge through ongoing education, wellness practices, and industry training
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Experience providing therapeutic massage services in a spa, wellness, or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Knowledge of various massage modalities including deep tissue and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and guest care skills
- Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Passion for holistic wellness, healing, and creating meaningful client experiences
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
