Your morning might start with scheduled inspections and preventive checks. By midday, you could be collaborating with engineering on a performance tweak to a control loop. If an alarm pops, you’ll jump in to diagnose, repair, and document the fix. Along the way, you’ll share know-how with newer team members and keep an eye on emerging tech to bring fresh ideas to the floor.

Support the onboarding and growth of junior technicians and new hires.

Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience in a Control Technician or closely related role.

Solid knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.

Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Comfort working both independently and within a team setting.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility to cover varied hours, including on-call when required.
