Roxy’s Boutique is hiring an Assistant Manager who is a Fashionista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Increasing Sales and Building our Permanent Jewelry Department.
Key responsibilities of this full-time position include:
· Retail sales of our Contemporary Fashion clothing
· Customer Relationship Management
· Merchandising
· Planning and Operating Pop-Ups for both Permanent Jewelry and Clothing at Events
Roxy’s burst onto to the fashion scene several years ago located within our sister brand, One Enchanted Evening. Roxy’s sales began to grow from that customer base and now we are preparing for the next step in our growth. Roxy’s is seeking a fashion savvy, customer-oriented assistant manager who wants to work with us in growing our sales and customer base.
Qualifications:
- Fashion sales experience
- Ability to style a Roxy’s client in complete outfits
- Develop a customer base
- Building a following with that customer base by contacting clients about new arrivals that aligns with their “fit”
- Organization skills with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Welcoming customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently
- Creating unique visual displays
- Must be available and willing to work weekends either in store or at pop-up location
Responsibilities
- Sales of our Contemporary Fashions while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining the boutique's visual displays, presence and cleanliness standards.
- Merchandising regularly to ensure a “fresh” look
- Receiving and processing new merchandise
- End-of-day close procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
