Responsibilities Include:
- Manage day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations
- Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and company safety standards
- Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress to project stakeholders
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements
- Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and schedule conflicts
- Drive productivity while maintaining quality workmanship
- Review construction documents and collaborate with project management teams on RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records
- Foster a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability
