SHIFT: M-F 6am-3:30pm, every other Friday 6am-2:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Everett, WA. Candidates may come from an electronics/PCB inspection background or a mechanical machined parts inspection background — the ideal candidate brings electro-mechanical experience spanning both disciplines. This role is responsible for inspecting in-process and final assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering documentation, workmanship standards, and quality requirements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic assemblies, electro-mechanical hardware, and/or mechanical machined parts for conformance to specifications
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
· Perform in-process and final inspections across PCB assembly, soldering, integration, and/or machined part manufacturing processes
· Inspect solder joints, component placement, polarity, labeling, hardware installation, dimensional tolerances, and surface conditions per applicable standards (IPC, customer, and internal requirements)
· Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances, defects, and workmanship issues
· Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, magnification equipment, and other electronic or mechanical inspection aids
· Ensure compliance with aerospace quality, ESD, and safety requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Inspector role with a background in one or more of the following:
o Electronics or PCB assembly inspection
o Mechanical machined parts inspection
· Electro-mechanical assembly inspection (preferred)
· Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, medical devices, or electronics manufacturing)
· Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
· Proficient with inspection tools and visual inspection techniques applicable to electronic and/or mechanical assemblies
· Comfortable using computers for inspection records, reporting, and quality documentation
· High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and workmanship quality
