Employees are required to be available during weekends. Please do not apply if you are not available to work on weekends.
Duties: Keep customers happy at all times. Work at the cash register, prepare beverages, make sandwiches & salads, restock inventories, and keep all areas of the coffee house clean including restrooms. Interact with customers and assist customers with special needs.
Pay: $18.05 + Tips
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Must be reliable. We have strict auto-termination policy for a no-show. Please do not apply if you can not be reliable or do not have reliable transportation.
+ Food service experience preferred.
+ Must be physically fit to work in a fast-paced workplace.
+ Some Weekend availability is MUST if applying for less than 20 hours.
+ No coffee experience is required but preferred.
+ Must be an energetic person with positive attitude and must be a quick learner and be able to work independently once trained.
+ Must love helping customers and respect and get along with coworkers.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
+ Open to feedback from coworkers and managers.
+ Must be willing to keep all areas of the coffee house (including restrooms) clean and sanitized at all times.
+ Enforce no-loitering and purchase policies.
+ English speaker preferred or be able to learn enough to perform work.
+ Work authorization papers required for E-Verify prior to starting date.
+ Personal Cell-Phone use including texting not allowed while employees are clocked-in for work so must be able to function without personal cell-phone.
