Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase guest frequency, grow average check, and improve overall restaurant sales performance.
-
Establish and nurture relationships with schools, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and neighboring businesses to expand brand presence.
-
Plan and support community-driven initiatives and charitable partnerships that strengthen Dave’s Hot Chicken’s reputation as an active and invested local partner.

Support public relations efforts, including media outreach, community appearances, promotional events, and grand opening activations.
-
Create and distribute on-brand marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and other promotional assets for use in the local market.
-
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
-
Act as the liaison between corporate brand marketing and local operations to ensure national initiatives are effectively adapted and executed at the store level.
-
Work directly with store management teams, in their restaurants, on a regular cadence, to align on local priorities, train teams on active promotions, and hold execution accountable at the store level.
-
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), ensuring accurate setup and strong visibility
-
Utilize Loop AI and other analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI), and generate actionable insights.
-
Continuously optimize promotions and campaigns based on data to drive sales growth, improve customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment.
