Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments to nutrition plans as needed
Stay current with industry developments and research, applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient care
Requirements:
Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
