- Solid knowledge of the SDLC, with experience supporting various phases, including requirements analysis, system design, testing, and implementation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and manual/UI/UX test cases, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience preparing and maintaining documentation such as business requirements, user stories, defect logs, and test results using Azure DevOps or comparable project management tools.
- Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and tools, including the ability to support the development and execution of automated test scripts.
- Demonstrated capability in analyzing business processes, identifying enhancement opportunities, and validating system updates through functional and regression testing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with end users, IT personnel, management, and executive leadership.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing demands, and provide clear and accurate status reporting.
